Just the right amount of sweet with the strawberry jam and citrus glaze. Perfect with a cup of tea!

simplysweetbycarol: My fascination with cupcakes began with a visit to New York's Magnolia Bakery. Anna and I stood in awe as bakers prepared rows of perfectly shaped cupcakes frosted with a huge mound of pastel shade frosting. What a pretty sight! I am a 41 year old wife and mother from Hawaii. I have been a teacher for 21 years and baking is my passion. I have never witnessed a frown on someone who had just received a cupcake. They are the perfect size of goodness!
